Kicking off Accra Cultural Week 2023, was 'The Evil Genius'; A multi-sensory experience of African music & visual art curated by Mr Eazi, who commissioned 13 artists to produce works in response to the singles from his debut solo album.
The touring exhibition opened on 13th September 2023 in Gallery III, Accra and travelled to 1-54 London, then Windsor Gallery, Lagos.
The exhibition at Gallery 1957 was featured on CNN's Africa Avant Gard; a series showcasing innovators and creators working across art, design, music, film and fashion.
The series episode titled 'The Joys and Pains of Collecting African Art', features an exclusive interview with Mr Eazi, in which he gives insight into his vision and the process of creating this exhibition.
